Comtax Webinars
Comtax offers free webinars to all our users.
All topics are related to the handling of the Comtax® System
and works as refresher trainings or more advanced trainings on
specific functions. None of the tutorials require previous experience
of the System. Review the list of topics below and register if you find
anything you would like to attend.
Please contact support@comtaxit.com should you have other ideas of
topics you would like us to cover or if you would
prefer to have an individual tutorial.
We will send you an email with the meeting details and
confirmation of the webinar address when we have received
your registration. You may access the tutorial from
wherever you are. All you need is a computer with internet
connection and a phone for audio presence.

This session will show you the features of the Basic. Focus will be set on the calculation function and the comprehensive database. The session will work fine as a tutorial as well as a presentation for non-users.
The tutorials are hosted by experienced in-house personnel.

Onsite Training
Comtax' firm belief is that in order for software users to reach the full potential of any software system, hands on support and training are needed.
This fact is what guides us in our constant ambition to develop, provide and maintain the highest standards on any support and training programs that we offer to our Comtax users.
These programs can of course be tailored according to each user's specific situation and needs and can be provided either on-site or on-line, for groups or individuals.
The programs are structured in different steps:
- Introductory training
Scheduled at time of delivery. The aim is to:
- be comfortable with initial start-up and ongoing update procedure
- understand how the product is structured and how the different functions interact
- know where the different functions can be found and what they represent
- understand the standard settings provided at the time of installation and how these can be modified for specific purposes
- be able to make simple tax searches and simulations
- ability to navigate the database
- understand what Comtax covers and not covers
- Advanced training
Scheduled in connection with the Introductory training. The aim is to:
- follow up that the aim of the introductory training was reached and answer any questions regarding usage
- understand how to integrate Comtax in the work process
- be able to understand how a practical case should be applied
