ON-LINE TUTORIALS
As part of our ongoing support we offer all users free on-line tutorials. Depending on the topic covered by the tutorial they vary from half an hour to one hour. To have an overview of the System functions you should allow us one hour. However, a tutorial can also be restricted to cover only one or two preferred functions.
All you need to attend is a computer with internet access and a telephone for audio contact.
The tutorials are always hosted by experienced in-house personnel.

Comtax' firm belief is that in order for software users to reach the full potential of any software system, hands on support and training are needed.
This fact is what guides us in our constant ambition to develop, provide and maintain the highest standards on any support and training programs that we offer to our Comtax users.
These programs can of course be tailored according to each user's specific situation and needs and can be provided either on-site or on-line, for groups or individuals.
The programs are structured in different steps:
- INTRODUCTORY TRAINING
Scheduled at time of delivery. The aim is to:
- be comfortable with initial start-up and ongoing update procedure
- understand how the product is structured and how the different functions interact
- know where the different functions can be found and what they represent
- understand the standard settings provided at the time of installation and how these can be modified for specific purposes
- be able to make simple tax searches and simulations
- ability to navigate the database
- understand what Comtax covers and not covers
- ADVANCED TRAINING
Scheduled in connection with the Introductory training. The aim is to:
- follow up that the aim of the introductory training was reached and answer any questions regarding usage
- understand how to integrate Comtax in the work process
- be able to understand how a practical case should be applied
